She is working as a professor cum Principal in Aryans Institute of Nursing, Rajpura, Near Chandigarh. It has been my great pleasure and privilege writing this book for my beloved nursing students. It was my dream in 2005 which has come true now. I have spent 50 years in this noble profession from BSc Nursing to Principal cum professor in the College of Nursing. I have completed BSc Nursing from Christian Medical College , Ludhiana, Punjab in 1979 and MSc Nursing from Rajkumari Amrit Kaur College of Nursing in 1995.

Mr. Sanganabasappa Chandrashekhar Teli
Currently working as an Assistant professor in Kiran Nursing College, Surat Gujarat. Pursuing PhD in PP Savani University Surat, Gujarat. I have Completed M.Sc Nursing from HNG University Patan Gujarat. Completed PG Dip.in Hospital and Health Care Management from YCMO University, Nashik Maharashtra. Having total experience of 14 years experience. I have well academic experience Tutor, Assistant professor and also clinical experience as Nursing Incharge, Assistant Nursing Superintendent and Hospital Administrator.

Mr Rohan Shivaji Savlajkar
Currently working as an Assistant Professor in Department Of Medical Surgical Nursing, Government College Of Nursing, Nani Daman, UT Of DNH & DD. He has a total of more than 10 Years of experience in fields of clinical as well as teaching experience. He is a dynamic, enthusiastic and hardworking personal. He is pursuing PhD from P P Savani University, Surat and has many contributions to his profession. He has been an examiner, evaluator and inspector. He is a research guide for UG and PG students. He has more than 11 publications in International & National Indexed Journals with 2 Design Patent in fields of critical care nursing to his name. He has presented more than 5 research papers in International Conference. He is also a paper setter and examiner in various universities.
