Description

This memoir is based entirely on personal experiences with anxiety disorder, panic attacks, emotional struggles, healing, and life experiences.
The thoughts, feelings, situations, and recovery methods described in this book are personal to the author and should not be considered medical, psychiatric, or professional psychological advice.
Mental health conditions can vary from person to person, and what worked for the author may not work the same way for others.
If you are experiencing symptoms related to anxiety, panic attacks, depression, emotional distress, or any mental health condition, please seek help from a qualified mental health professional, psychiatrist, psychologist, therapist, or medical practitioner.
This book is intended to create awareness, emotional connection, and understanding about mental health struggles — especially within the cultural and social realities of Indian society.
The author hopes this story helps readers feel less alone in their healing journey.
