Description

My closest friend and I had planned to build a business together.

Weeks before we were meant to start — he and his wife were killed in a road accident.

I started the business anyway. Because not starting felt like losing him twice.

What followed was two years of 18-hour days, ₹42 lakhs in debt, broken relationships, and the slow, painful discovery that being busy and being productive are not the same thing.

Stop Being Busy is not a theory. It is a map drawn by someone who got completely lost first.

IN THIS BOOK YOU WILL DISCOVER:
→ How to identify time wasters disguised as real work — the ones you haven't named yet
→ The Eisenhower Matrix, ABC Method, and Eat the Frog — explained with real stories, not theory
→ How to build an AI workflow that replaces a 6-person team
→ The honest truth about work-life balance that no productivity book will tell you
→ How to protect the people and moments that matter most
→ A complete 30-Day System to implement everything — one day at a time

7 CHAPTERS. ONE 30-DAY SYSTEM.

"Time is the only thing you cannot get back.
Use it on the things — and the people — that deserve it."

About the Author

Nitin Tyagi is the author of Stop Being Busy and the Founder of Voice on Pages — a YouTube channel producing explainer-style content on geopolitics, macroeconomics, and global finance — breaking down complex global stories into something anyone can understand.

He is not a productivity guru who always had it together. He is someone who lost his closest friend weeks before launching his first business, built that business anyway, worked 18-hour days, lost everything he built, and spent years confusing exhaustion with effort.

After rebuilding from scratch, he discovered that the only system that works is the one you will actually use — consistently, honestly, every day.

He lives in New Delhi with his wife Onima and son Shivansh.
