Nupur Mukherjee has spent much of her professional life working closely with people, businesses and the everyday realities of life.

She began her career with SBI Life Insurance, working as a Senior Insurance Advisor, where conversations with people often went far beyond insurance. Over time, she learned that behind every financial decision was a person—with hopes, fears, relationships, responsibilities and very different ideas about what mattered in life.

She later moved into entrepreneurship, running businesses across major e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Snapdeal and ShopClues, as well as through her own website. Working directly with customers and navigating the unpredictable world of business gave her another opportunity to observe people up close—their expectations, choices, frustrations, habits and the little things that make us all wonderfully human.

Those experiences, along with years of observing her own thoughts and behaviour, became the inspiration behind LIFE, SIMPLIFIED.

Today, Nupur writes about self-awareness, personal growth, relationships, healing and the everyday truths we often overlook.

Her approach is simple: look at ordinary moments a little more honestly, find the humour in them, and perhaps learn something along the way.

Because sometimes, the most useful life lessons are hiding inside the things we do without even noticing.
