He is a prolific researcher, with numerous publications in esteemed journals.
Beyond academia, Dr. Tirumalai has held pivotal roles in renowned organizations such as Taj Hotels, TajSATS Air Catering Ltd., SGS India etc., spearheading initiatives to optimize quality management systems and operational efficiency.
