He has completed his Post Graduation in Botany and education from Rohilkhand University and has complete his B.Ed from IASE, Bareilly, M.Ed. and Doctorate in Education from the Same University. He has award NET from UGC and PGDCA from, NYC, Delhi. He has also completed his certificate in human Right (CHR) and Certificate in guidance (CIG) from IGNOU, New Delhi. He has 22 years teaching experience at U.G. and P.G. level. The subject of his interest include child development, special education. Dev. and problem of Indian Education. He has works in Educational Technology, Research Methodology and many Psychological issues. He has completed 04 Projects funded from UGC. He trained several graduate, post graduate and research students and produced Ph.D’s and more then 40 P.G. Dissertations under his guidance. He has authored and co-authored over 60 research papers and 15 book chapters in reputed national and international journals and books. He wrote a book on environmental studies. He has attended more then 120 National and International conferences in India and abroad and also chaired more than 32 technical sessions at national and International level. He has received “Environment friend” award during 2014 at a International conference in Bengkok. He is editor-in-chief in a reputed International research Journal published from Delhi. He is currently active life member of IATE, PGPR, GSE and other national and international educational societies. He visited Malaysia, Thailand, Hongkong, Vietnam, Nepal , Uzbekistan , Singapore for the educational purpose, and delivered many invited talks.
