Prof. (Dr.) Sanjay Kumar is an academic, researcher and teacher educator with more than 26 years of experience across teaching, academic administration, research, accreditation and online education. He is affiliated with Saraswati College of Professional Studies in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
He holds postgraduate degrees in Commerce, Education Management and Marketing Management, and is UGC-NET qualified in three subjects, Education, Commerce and Management. He earned his doctorate in Business and Management from JNU, Jaipur. He has completed 11 certifications and refresher courses, among them a marketing research and analysis course from IIT Roorkee under NPTEL in 2017, where he was awarded a gold medal with 93 per cent marks.
His published work runs to 7 authored books, more than 25 edited books and journal volumes, and 43 research papers and book chapters, and he holds 3 patents in the education domain. His research has attracted more than 250 citations on Google Scholar, led by his paper on understanding different issues of the unit of analysis in business research. He serves as chief editor of two national journals, Edulink and The CTE National Journal.
He has been invited more than 50 times as a resource person, guest speaker and keynote speaker at national and international programmes, and has organised more than 50 faculty development programmes at national and international level. He has received 11 awards for his contributions to education and society.
Beyond his teaching and administrative roles, he serves as Programme Director of the Social Development and Research Foundation (SDRF) and as President of the Council for Teachers Professional Development (CTPD) India, through which he works on teacher capacity building, accreditation support and research dissemination across Indian higher education.
