Watch on the movement of Mind and try to purify and rectify it by focusing on different Chakra in spinal cord to achieve the goal.
Again, it is an attempt to create an equilibrium and harmony between Mind and Cosmic soul.
Thus, you can feel Bliss in each activity. In this way, you will develop an inner axis within your Yogic Body so that, frequently you can come down from your mind to the wisdom generated by the Cosmic Soul. The benefit of this will be reflected in each and every activity of your daily life. It will not create any anxiety, neither any tension, neither any inner endorphin imbalance which frequently occurs due to mood variation when we perform any activity with unstable mind.
We the common people are always the victim of this tragic state of mind which we can neither explain to oneself or to other self. Thus, all the bio-medical authors here have been tried their best to implement it in a logical way
