The authors are Ophthalmologists and passionate medical teachers. They are involved in the core medical education team of their college and have been the pioneers in the implementation of various aspects of the Competency Based Curriculum for Undergraduate and Postgraduate Ophthalmology in their state. Their efforts have been collated in the form of this book to help other medical teachers implement the Competency Based Curriculum.
