Creation of logbooks in consonance with the new competency-based curriculum is a need of the hour. Logbooks can provide evidence of learning and can also function as effective assessment tools. This book is a compilation of all the logbooks as required for undergraduates and postgraduates for ophthalmology. Institutions may build their own customised logbooks based on these templates.
