A Graduate in Applied Science (Pulp & Paper Science) and Law, Rajendranath Bharati holds Diplomas in Multimodal Transport & Logistics Management, and Business Management from reputed Universities/Institutions. He has more than thirty-five years of experience in Customs Clearance and is one of the founder Members of the Customs Brokers Association, Hyderabad. He served as its Treasurer for ten years, as joint Secretary for three years, as Secretary for five years, and as Vice-President from 2017-2022. He is at present the Technical Adviser of the Association. He is the Managing Partner of M/s. Concorde Zoom and the firm has been Associate Member of the Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations in India (FFFAI) since 1989. Many of his articles have been published in Excise Law Times and this is his fourth book.
