The primary motivation for writing this book was lack of a concise textbook on integrating modern view with traditional Yoga. Even after going through the intensive Yoga certification course in Pune India, I was unable to form a seamless collage of all five core subjects I had learned. I am thankful to the Supreme for providing me immediately the required thought space and spare time in Seattle USA, to develop an integrated view of all the five subjects.
