Reeves is the founder of Poveda Foundation, a non profit with a firm belief that good education is the only equalizer in society. He has years of experience as a teacher, teaching different grades, different economic groups, formal and informal curriculum, teaching academics and values to small groups of students and large. He is also a corporate and school trainer. As a consultant, he has engaged in several long-term projects in school, bringing about a paradigm shift in the way teachers teach and students learn.

He firmly believes that his life is a series of stories of God's unfailing steadfast love for him.
