Hello Dear Reader, My name is Regina and I reside in the vibrant city of Bristol in the southwest of England. Like many, my journey through life has been filled with both peaks and valleys and this book serves as a testament to those experiences. In my quest for answers, I have found myself both lost and profoundly grateful for discovering Sahaja Yoga. This powerful practice has provided a sense of spiritual depth and meaning, offering a unique healing power that fills the human void. I am blessed with two wonderful grown-up children and a delightful granddaughter. My passions include writing, performing and creating music, particularly through bass playing. The written word excites me, and poetry flows naturally from my love of language. I am intuitive and possess an ability to see patterns and links which not only enhances my poetic creations but also guides my therapeutic practice.
