About the Author

Reina Shukl is a qualified practitioner of functional integrative nutrition and alternative medicine. She uses her knowledge of integrative nutrition, clinical dietetics, and alternative therapies to heal her patients in mind, body, and spirit. She holds an M.D in Alternative Medicine Therapies, a Master’s in Microbiology, and a Master’s in Public Health. She holds a P.G. in Clinical Dietetics. She also holds a teacher’s trainer diploma in Raj yoga. (Raj yoga involves all three dimensions of human existence: physical, mental, and spiritual, unlike Hatha Yoga which is a part of Raj yoga and deals mainly in asanas/postures). Raja yoga teaches one to get control of one’s mind and emotions. She is also certified in Child Psychology.
Reina strongly believes there is healing energy in everyone; it just needs to be awakened. She encourages healing at the mind-body-spirit levels. For more than a decade, her wise ways of treatment have benefited many clients to achieve optimum health and regain their balance.
She works to unblock deep blockages, negative emotions which have been locked in the body. Blocked energies; hurt, resentment, and other endless lists of negative emotions are the reason behind many cancers and autoimmune diseases. Cardiovascular diseases, Infertility, and PCOs are a result of suppressed emotions. This can be overcome by an individualized eating plan, combining ancient traditional practices and modern medical science.
