This book contains the story of a girl who is the protagonist named Laurona who has Bipolar Disorder from her childhood after a traumatic incident that happened with her. In this story, it has been told that she killed 200 people whom she thought were her imagination but in reality they were real people. Later, Laurona was arrested and was sent to a mental asylum and the spirits of the people whom she killed started to haunt her and at last she breathed her last breath in the asylum.
