As a parent, I have been enforcing my way of studying on my 07-year-old son. This book made me realise what it takes to plan and how to structure the activity of studying. Thanks to the author for this commendable job, now I can coach my son on how to approach and plan activity of studies. It's simple to read and will benefit students of all each group. I would strongly recommend it for adults as well because nobody taught us how to study, our elders only forced us to study harder.
