He was born in a small village Herseni (Bihar) in 1966. He passed a Bachelor's Degree in History from Ranchi University in 1988 and got a Master's Degree in History from Ranchi University in 1992. He became a teacher in 1994. He became Head Teacher in 2008. As a writer, he published more than 50 poetries and more than 10 Short Stories in Hindi. He experienced some unusual when he was in college time and that experience motivated him to write this novel. This novel is about a man who hankered after publishing his book and faced a lot of obstacles in his life.
