Description

“REFORMATIONS IN SCHOOLING”- Sampat Daniel Transforming learning, utilizing the existing infrastructure, through shared modulation. I believe that life is the most precious and wonderful of all gifts, and to see its growth to the fullest potential and blossom itself and transfer to the next generations is my desire and purpose of this book, It is to liberate individual potential by giving them the best education, equal opportunities, to the rich and the poor in every country. Again to emphasize, it is the most beautiful time to be alive, there have never been more opportunities for more people to accomplish more their goals, both personally and professionally, then that exists today, and the situation is getting better by the day. Today strategies and techniques for achieving success at every level of education, and in every activity of life, are more widely available and proliferating more rapidly than at any other time in human history. We all benefit from them by seizing them and applying them in our lives. Knowledge is cumulative, once it exists, and it does not cease to exist at any time, therefore, it should become available to more and more people and grow exponentially in teaching practices. Countries who have innovated new methods of teaching and with stringent assessments in the early stage of child education has leapfrogged to become powerful nations. This book brings about the change in the education system to foster growth and give equal opportunities for every child, it is the right to education for every citizen, and the Government's primary responsibility is to further it, in continuously supporting the weak and the venerable in every region, providing the best methods and facilities for the growth of the child and imparting knowledge through experiential learning practiced in the world using the latest technology and innovative methods. Thankfully the Indian Government has embarked on major reforms in the education system through National Education Policy – 2020 which was unveiled on 29th July 2020, after 34 years of Reforms in India, with many major changes in the policy, especially changing the structure of schools to 5+3+3+4, is a clear shift, and focus majorly on the pre-schooling using Anganwadi Centers. Higher education policy also opens up for foreign universities to enter in Indian space, which will give a competitive edge and improve the standard of education at the university level. The book also addresses concerns in another area, Teacher Student Ratio - (TSR), Teacher's Education, Remunerations, and Structure of Growth (TERSG), opportunities for private players to open up in Core Learning Schools, for the holistic growth of the students learning in schools and colleges, also it addresses the issue of Elder’s Life Supporting Education. The book has been written at the appropriate time of the launch of the Indian Government’s reforms in education after a period of 34 years in the form of National Education Policy – 2020 (NEP-2020), which proposes a major shift from the existing education policy, emphasizing, education for all by 2030 and a GER of 50% in the higher education levels, the most significant of them all being, change in the structure of schooling and Pre-schooling starting from the age of 3 years at already existing Anganwadi Centers all across India, these changes, if implemented in the right spirit will propel the country out of poverty and become a major superpower in one student's generation. There are similar reforms undertaken in China, Thailand 4.0 launched from the year 2017-21, Bangladesh PEDP3. 2011-15. Reforms must take place in European countries and America math standards and Language, emphases on restricting the students to be adaptable Globally, the world is shrinking because of the use of technology, and those countries who can adapt to the changes will rule the World. The book beautifully brings out the simple means of Adaptive Modulation of Schooling with the existing school's infrastructure collaborating to suit the needs of schools for Blended Learning, Experimental, Experiential, Transformational and Instructional method of teaching (BLEETI), which will facilitate every student to excel in all fields of study.
