The book has two parts, Part I of the book has hiring process brings out the need for hiring, an interesting analogy about getting a job with Indian marriage hilarious, and entertaining! The authors emphasise on the long term career goal rather than short term career goal. Part II of the book has interesting concepts on programming, ways to learn programming - often not taught in colleges, a real case that often not seen in technical books, resume sample, do and dont's for dress code are written elaborately. A very different book for IT professionals or job seeker in specific and in general to others. I thank the author for a copy to review. Overall a different book that one can pick as a personal copy for long a term!
