Book for career over a job

There are two sections that deals with overview of traditional hiring process and new hiring process that is written with an interesting analogy. The book provides a framework that is often not seen in many books in hiring or job. Aspirants for leading companies will find this book interesting and a good pick. The writing has been simple, and easier to follow

Unconventional Writing

The book is penned unconventional way, the frame is interesting for the aspiring IT graduates specific, though the framework more or less would applicable to many others. Perhaps a book that showcase the interviews can simple with analogies drawn from experience. A book to have for longer career aspirations.

Re: Get a Job without an Interview

Dear Authors ,
Thank you for synthesizing preety much everything live/real in a way, a graduate or a student need it.
A very good narration of live examples for the need for hire. and cool way of showing the importance of focusing on eternal career.
A fab way of presentation and the technical aspects are bound to this book.
An antithetical book for a job seeker especially..

Thanks again,
And 've been thinking and feeling over the past few months for the.

Different Compilation

The book has two parts, Part I of the book has hiring process brings out the need for hiring, an interesting analogy about getting a job with Indian marriage hilarious, and entertaining! The authors emphasise on the long term career goal rather than short term career goal. Part II of the book has interesting concepts on programming, ways to learn programming - often not taught in colleges, a real case that often not seen in technical books, resume sample, do and dont's for dress code are written elaborately. A very different book for IT professionals or job seeker in specific and in general to others. I thank the author for a copy to review. Overall a different book that one can pick as a personal copy for long a term!
