About the Author

Scott Smothers is a former U.S. Army officer, a retired Major from the U.S. Air Force and is a retired Registered Nurse. He has been writing poetry for more than thirty years. Most of his inspiration comes from daily life experiences. When Scott is not writing, his hobbies include woodworking, making short films, and traveling.
Scott lives in San Antonio, Texas with his wife Shirley and their three grown children.
