Seema Chauhan is a certified POSH and POCSO Trainer, author, and educator with over 25 years of professional experience in HR, training, and people development.
She has conducted numerous awareness and capacity-building programs for corporates, institutions, and professionals, bringing together legal insight, empathy, and lived experience to build safer and more inclusive workplaces.
Through her initiative Aaraambh – Empowering Your Career Story, she leads POSH and POCSO awareness sessions, Train-the-Trainer programs, and personality development workshops for children, women, and professionals.
In 2022, she was honoured with the Global Achievers Award in the category of Best POSH Trainer, recognizing her contribution to workplace safety and gender sensitivity.
