Siddharth is an engineer with a MBA in Human Resources and Marketing. He has worked in varied industries such as airline, Information technology (retail, semiconductor, engineering and R&D, VLSI, application development, business software, online products, cloud and technical support) and healthcare. He has played roles that span generalist, business partnering, heading learning and development for APAC, corporate organization effectiveness, leadership development and heading the HR function.
His experience has helped him build critical competency in areas of roles, performance management, learning design, facilitation, competency dictionary development and implementation of competency based practices, compensation analysis, assessment development centres, culture based interventions, 360 degree feedback, psychometrics, career management program design, policy design and implementation.
