Speech Mastery Beginner Level 1 focuses on mastering the foundations of speaking with confidence. Members learn to write a logically structured speech and enhance their message through intentional body language, physical presence, and voice modulation.

Leadership Mastery Beginner Level 1 provides hands-on experience in leading, collaborating and managing deliverables from a team, in short sprints. Leadership roles in this level are divided into two broad categories - Meeting Roles, which are performed during the live sessions, and Meeting Organizing Roles, which are performed outside of the Hive Chapter meetings. By performing these roles, a member develops basic leadership skills to plan, delegate, organize, coordinate, collaborate and motivate team members to achieve common goals.
