About the Author

Introduction

Swarup Talukdar is an Indian Author born on 14th Feb, 1994 in Durgapur, West Bengal. He spent his Childhood in the beautiful state of Assam and later moved on to Kolkata, West Bengal.

Hailing from a humble background, his demeanor speaks for itself. He is described by people as reserved, resilient, honest and determined by nature.

He is the first person in his buddhist community to write and publish a book on Amazon. His book has received many great reviews on both Amazon and Goodreads.

He is also quite active on his blog and regularly posts about various stuff on social media. He is also involved in various other humanitarian activities.

Early Life and Education

In his school days, he participated in the ASISC Regional Quiz securing a 2nd place missing out the first place by a point which could have made him the Zonal Champion of East Zone.

He also participated in the Math and Science Olympiad and excelled in General Knowledge.

In his heydays in school his friends, jokingly referred to him as 'Da Vinci' due to his exceptional talent in all fields.

During his Bachelor's, he was involved in an IT project that involved the development of a job portal.

Professional Life and Career

For over nine years he was involved in teaching profession. His expertise include Mathematics, English, Science and Computer Applications.

Presently, he works at Calcutta High Court.

Personal Life

His personal life has been a quite tumultuous one. From failed relationships to conspiracies involving his partners which compelled him to leave, he has seen it all.

Talukdar suffers from Dysthymia, a rare mental disease. It requires daily medication.

At the age of just 24, his first book titled Prelude, which is a collection of short stories was released on Amazon. It is available worldwide in all the Amazon marketplaces around the globe.
