Most people are fluent in what is missing, and rusty at noticing what is already working. The Abundance I Overlook is an eight-week guided journal built to change that, one small, honest line at a time.
Each day asks three things: name one good, ordinary thing, notice how easily it gets overlooked, and finish the sentence, "Today, I have an abundance of..." Nothing here needs to be dramatic. The smaller and more overlooked the moment, the better this practice tends to work.
Across eight weeks, the noticing moves through a different place abundance tends to hide: your senses, the people already close, small comforts, skills, resolved worries, ordinary days, small joys you get to repeat, and finally the present moment itself. Every sixth day, a short review shows you the pattern forming. At the back, a full eight-week tracker and a final review bring everything you noticed into one place, so the shift is not just felt, it is written down and visible.
This is not gratitude on command. It is a quiet, daily practice for training your attention toward what is already abundant, so that recognising it becomes second nature, and so that whatever you are hoping for next arrives into a life that already feels full rather than one still waiting to.
