Conflict seems to be everywhere. From the conflict we have with our thoughts to the conflict in society. This book explores the various reasons for conflict and the ways to minimize it. And in doing so, exposes a majority of ideas, beliefs and thoughts held dear by humanity to be either assumptions, or misinformation spread by a few to control the rest.
The book is divided into two parts. The first part explains the reasons an individual may be in conflict with themselves by exploring their dreams, hopes, fears, beliefs, ideas and thoughts. While the second part talks about the reasons conflict exists in society by exploring an individual’s relationship with oneself, with others, with society, god, religion, government, law, countries, ideas and environment.
