Prof S. K. Ramachandra Rao, ( 1925-2006) the well known scholar, teacher, writer, musicologist, sculptor and artist began his career as a lecturer of psychology at NIMHANS, Bangalore. He was later the visiting professor at the Bangalore University, teaching in the departments of indology, psychology, philosophy, education and social work.
