Vilom Mane is a manufacturing and industrial HR professional, trainer, entrepreneur, and author with 15+ years of experience across Steel, Textile, FMCG, and other manufacturing environments in India, including experience with an international organization.

His professional journey combines extensive HR leadership experience with a strong background in English language and communication development, as well as several years of hands-on experience as a partner in an FMCG business. These experiences have given him a practical understanding of people, communication, business operations, and workplace realities.

He uses practical problem-solving approaches such as Fishbone (Ishikawa) analysis and Why-Why Analysis to identify root causes and develop meaningful, sustainable solutions.

Leadership is another area of particular interest to Vilom. He focuses on the qualities, behaviours, and practices that make leaders effective, and on how leadership influences people, workplace culture, accountability, engagement, and organizational performance.

A Certified 5S Trainer and Certified Soft Skills Trainer, Vilom has delivered 500+ training sessions covering 5S, communication skills, behavioural development, soft skills, and workplace awareness. This extensive training experience has reinforced his belief that professional concepts create real value when people understand them clearly and can translate them into everyday workplace behaviour.

His writing follows the same practical philosophy: making professional and workplace concepts simpler, practical, and easier to apply. His first book, 5S Simplified: The Simple Path to Workplace Excellence, presents 5S through practical explanations, examples, and workplace-oriented tools designed to help readers understand the principles and apply them in real working environments.
