This book holds poems, logs, memoirs, quotes and short essays; of struggle, grief, regret, longing, gratitude and a naive attempt at organising them. An attempt at documenting the confusion of not really understanding what's happening and accepting that it is humane.
It has tried to capture bits of Hima's mind and the effects 2 years of mental health disorders, downfall, learning and trying to survive had and are still having on it. It has tried to give an outlook into how it felt to live with an ego (self) that didn't want to hold up anymore, how things were and how they started changing and how she came back to square one a lot more times than she actually felt like there was progress.
