About the Authors

Story title - Seed of Hope
Story by Meghna Trivedi. Meghna is a mother of three with a passionate appetite for words; loves to dream and weave tales. A home maker who enjoys cooking up a storm in the kitchen and eating it too, Meghna is a tea guzzler who's high on life and truly believes that change is the only constant.
Illustration by Kavya Khanzode. A student of class 5th, Kavya likes art & craft, loves to draw, and also does digital paintings. She is an animal lover and likes to listen to music, especially Kpop, old English songs, and Pop.

Story title - Why the Alien Grew a Hand
Story by Purva Warang. Purva is a 21-year-old human trying to mould her wonkiest thoughts into the nicest words. Dog petter, inherent hugger, persistent writer. :)
Illustration by Insiya Merchant. Insiya is a high schooler pursuing science. She enjoys painting, sketching and reading. She believes that the right combination of illustrations and stories can open a mind to a whole new world.

Story title - The Grateful Specialist
Story written & illustrated by Aahana Bhaduri. Aahana is in 7th standard. She likes to do many things like baking, singing, dancing, playing piano, reading, painting and playing badminton.

Story title - War
Story by Shubham Deshmukh: Shubham is 13 years old. He is studying in class 8th at Tatyasaheb Samant Madhyamik Vidyalaya, Chalisgaon, Dist. Jalgaon, Maharashtra.
Illustration by Prisha Sheth. Prisha is a 15-year-old creative, passionate, and ambitious girl. Drawing and illustrating is one of her many hobbies that relaxes mind and evokes joy in her. She’s really grateful that she’s got an opportunity to illustrate such a wonderful story.

Story title - The Box of Happiness
Story by Medha Mistry. Medha is a 15-year-old from Mumbai. Her hobbies are reading books and writing fictional stories.
Illustration by Arindam Bhaduri. Arindam, 16, is an avid reader and loves writing. He is currently in high school, a student of English and science.

Story title - Zombie
Story by Nimisha Mittal. Nimisha is a student from Mumbai. Her interest lies in writing. And one of the best stories she’s written on Zombies is what you just read. Hope you enjoyed it.
Illustration by – Aarya Deokar: Aarya is a class 8th student. She loves reading books, drawing, dancing and her most favourite is practicing Judo. She loves the subject biology.

Story title - Going to School and Going Around in Standard Ten
Story written & illustrated by Kalyani Khodke. Kalyani is an entrepreneur and designer who likes adventure sports, learning new things, exploring nature, and interacting with people.

Story title - Love You Leo
Story by Jaspreet Kaur Hora. Jaspreet is a very joyful and fun-filled personality. It takes her a little time to express herself but once she is comfortable, nobody can stop her from talking. She loves outings and animals. She is very brave on one hand and very soft at heart on the other.
Illustration by Ramanpreet Kaur Hora. Ramanpreet is a home maker as well as a business woman who loves watching movies and spending quality time with friends and family. She loves eating seafood. She’s an emotional and very hardworking person.

Story title - The Dark Hacker
Story by Swayam Gosavi: Swayam, 16, is a high school senior, studying science. He is passionate about physics, and loves coding.
