Description

This book is about how to make an effective lesson plan, and teaching strategy in the classroom for teacher trainees. Lessons, lesson plans, and successful implementation are the main focus of the classroom teacher. The roles of teachers are multiple such as planning lessons, teaching in the classroom, maintaining discipline and classroom environment, evaluating students, keeping a record of their work, maintaining progress reports, and connecting with colleagues, students, teachers, and the community as a guide and role model. There is no magic bullet that hits the target all the time with one strategy. Even the best-recommended teaching method might fail students for various reasons. However, there are some basic steps a teacher could take to become a better teacher. This book shares the knowledge of experiences and words from experts in the field. In many places in this book, the shared knowledge is the direct experience of the teachers through the practice of the profession.
