Designed for students, educators, innovators, legal practitioners, and entrepreneurs, this textbook unpacks the foundational pillars of IPR—patents, copyrights, trademarks, industrial designs, geographical indications, and trade secrets—with scholarly precision and real-world relevance.

What makes this book truly stand out is its blend of legal insight, case-based analysis, and practical clarity. Each chapter not only presents key concepts but also dives deep into contemporary challenges such as AI-generated works, digital piracy, patent trolling, and IP enforcement in the global era. With well-structured learning tools—such as review questions, summaries, legal case references, and illustrations—this book is ideal for classroom teaching, competitive exam preparation, academic research, and policy discourse.

Whether you are a budding entrepreneur seeking to safeguard your innovation, a student entering the world of legal studies, or a policymaker shaping IP laws, this book will serve as your intellectual compass in navigating the fast-evolving landscape of intellectual property rights.
