Dr.S. Jebastine Suthan Raja is currently working as Assistant Professor in the
Department of Management Studies at C.S.I. Institute of Technology, Thovalai,
Kanyakumari District, Tamilnadu. He is a Commerce Graduate from Scott Christian
College(Autonomous) and an Alumnus of Bishop Heber College(Autonomous). He is
backed by several other degrees like M.Com., M.Sc., M.A., M.Phil., and Ph.D. The
journey of academic arena has not yet stopped for him as he is about to accomplish his
M.S.W., in HR from Alagappa University. He has an enduring Teaching Experience of
14 years. He is holding the position as NSS Programme Officer of the Institution. He
has attended various Professional Development Courses, Workshops, Seminars and
Presented Research Papers on various topics in the National and International
Conferences. He had been in many forums and Management Meets in the capacity of
Judge. He has been performing as an Academic Instructor for Various Distance
Learning Programmes. Some of his areas of interest are Principles of Management,
Office Management, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations and Labour Welfare,
Organizational Change and Development, Legal Aspects of Business and so on. To his
credit, he has written Two Text Books and also the recipient of Best Author Award, Best
Research Scholar Award and Best Faculty Award from various Non-Government
Organisations.
