Description

Jagat believed that ‘No Man is an island’; for just as islands appeared to be separated from each other by vast expanses of water, but at the bottom of the ocean is all part of the same earth, so people appear to be separate from one another and the physical environment around them, and yet in the very depths of life, are all part of the tremendous cosmic life-force. He was a tunnel of intellect and humanism. This intellect blossomed during his years in Kolkata and Uttadpada. He took to studies, sports, fine arts, interaction with the Nobel Prize Winner, Rabindranath Tagore, and many more areas.

Though he left home early in search of the unknown, he succeeded in touching the souls of those he interacted with. This book is an effort to pen down the kindness and intellect with which he raised and taught his children humanism and patriotism with a global outlook. He taught us to fly and have wings yet stay rooted to the ground.
