Our rapidly increasing population is weakening the benefits of the economic growth the country has been able to reap over the years. In addition, there is a pressure on resources, food, water, health and other basic requirements. Under the pretext of struggle for existence many people are crossing the boundaries of ethical competition at a disturbing pace. Needless to say, in this commotion, those families that can’t compete or ill-equipped to adopt in time, take the maximum hit. Unfortunately, such families form a big chunk of the population and suffer from many deprivations. If we have to build a strong nation, it is these families that have to evolve fast and take smart decisions. Addressing such urgent needs, this book focuses on how families should deal with issues like poverty, education, employment, climate change, marriage, and family planning in a smart way, in order to improve their health, wealth and happiness. Through these efforts we can envision to build a strong nation.
