The compiler, Prof. Bhabagrahi Biswal, a Master degree holder in Education from Utkal University, joined the center of Advance study in Education (CASE), M.S. University, Baroda, as a Teacher Fellow and was awarded PhD.for his pioneering work on School Broadcast. Later, he worked as a Research Associate in the Center of Advanced Studies in Psychology, Utkal University, Bhubaneswar,where he conducted advanced researches on educational television.As a British Council Fellow, he visited England to study Educational Television Production and Research. He has produced a number of research based instructional radio and television programmes in addition to several research publications. He also served IGNOU as a Professor in Education

The compiler, Dr. Srutirupa Panda (M.Sc., M.Ed., M.A., M.Phil, Ph.D., UGC NET) presently working as a Lecturer in Education at Nabakrushna Choudhury College of Teacher Education, Angul, Odisha, India. She conducted various research activities for Orissa Institute of Educational Research, Bhubaneswar. She has participated in different training programmes organized by SCERT, Odisha, IGNOU, NUEPA, NCERT. She has also presented different research papers in various national and international level conferences and seminars,journals and written books for B.Ed. and M.Ed., MA (Education) students.As an academician her services are being utilized by NCERT, SCERT, Odisha, IGNOU, UNICEF, CTE, OIER.
