Prof. (Er.) Bhajan Lal Hans Baghel is a distinguished academician, accomplished engineer, author, and educationist with decades of experience in technical education, administration, and public service. He currently serves as the Principal of GVN Polytechnic College, Palwal (Haryana), where he is dedicated to promoting academic excellence and skill-based education.

Holding an M.Tech. in Electrical Engineering and an M.A. in English Literature, Prof. Baghel combines technical expertise with strong communication and literary skills. He has authored more than 24 books covering engineering, English communication, education, and professional development.

His extensive career includes serving in prestigious organizations under the Central Government, Delhi Government, and Haryana Government. He is also an active member of leading professional bodies, including the Society of Power Engineers and Nagari Lipi Parishad.
