About the Author

The author worked for more than 33 years in the field of health and retired as Director (Evaluation), Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India. He continued to carry out research after retirement. In all, he carried out research in the health field for nearly 60 years and published 84 articles on health in national and international journals. He has been recognized by Government of India as a LUMINARY OF TUBERCULOSIS CONTROL IN INDIA. Since 2011, he has been getting invitations for (1) attending International Conferences on health topics, (2) presenting articles at International Conferences, (3) publication of articles in online publications on health, (4) Reviewing manuscripts submitted to journals and (5) joining the editorial board of journals. In January 2023, he has been invited to join “Digital Health Conclave 2023 - Mapping the Future of Health Care” - a discussion session by eminent experts in the field of health.
